Excellent customer service
Cindy was super helpful and extremely friendly. I was having a hectic day and called her a little before closing and she stayed after hours so we could sign paper work and get the unit number. I was able grab my trailer and bring it there which saved me time in the long run which is invaluable at the moment. Thank you Cindy!
The Facility and the employees are fabulous but don't use sparefoot.
I was not aware when I called sparefoot that this was not actually the facility. The person I spoke to did not have the correct information. If yo want to get the info right call the actual facility. That said, the place is fabulous! Cindy is the bomb and Tina was super great as well. I came from Storage sense on Armandhammer Blvd and they are AWFUL!!! Stay away!The place is filthy and full of mice and the "Manager Mark " could care less. He is not helpful and his customer service skills are horrible. Come to Budget and you won't regret it!

Super clean and the 24/7 access is a lifesaver. It also helped that I didn't need to go to the front desk to initially access my unit, did everything on my phone and then went straight to it when I was ready. Definitely recommend this place.

With an added bonus of a bathroom with outside access. Christo is an absolute excellent representation of high standards. He is a great representative for this location and storage facility! He deserves a raise and big high five for his dedication to great customer service.

Sannie DottererUnbelievably kind and above average security which makes me feel really safe if and when I may have to come in early in the morning or super late at night since they are open 23/7. Plus they support my husband whole heartedly because he is a veteran and in this day and age it's actually hard to find people who care enough about the people who served our country and put their lives on the line not only for their families freedom but also for everyone living in the United States (even other country's). And for the owner of this company we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping us in our time of need!!! Will always be telling our friends this is the place to go for storage!!
