Randomly got a 25% increase on my monthly rate + the required insurance. I emailed to find out why and was told "it was scheduled to increase by $42 but I noticed that and got it lowered" AN 80% INCREASE until it was "noticed!?" That's a blatant lie. So then I asked why no notice was sent and was AGAIN lied to stating it was sent 1/21/26 at 10am. What a joke this place is. Considering legal action
Dale CobbPrime Storage was what we needed, where we needed it, when we needed it, at the price we loved. The staff was helpful, efficient, and friendly. Paper work was minimal and intuitive. When our need expired, leaving was painless. I am very greatful to Prime Storage and highly recommend it.
Karen ParksNot as comfortable with this affiliation as the other 2 units I rent elsewhere/also in past history of same. The management is simply is unfriendly. Also they are not very concerned with the consumers needs here. I repeatedly provided proof of full coverage on my RV, yet their coverage kept increasing my rates twice! No flexibility to assist in request to move to another space neither. I won’t return. Poor service.
Ken BuohlNice clean and dry storage. My reasons for leaving them was excessive quarterly increases, broken glass in driveways, homeless people roaming around, delays with repairing my roll up door and unknown people repairing their vehicles on site. They also do not have security cameras in their storage areas but they have one at their dumpster and office area. Zen was great to work with.
