And then after i purchased the space took me back to get my keys and put my lock on. Then helped me with the boxes and packing products and helped to put into my car. It was raining and she went over the top for me. It’ was my first time renting a space. I would definitely recommend to others.

Setting up my account online was quick and easy, and when I arrived to unload my items, the lock and keys were already waiting for me. The facility was consistently clean, both inside and out, and I even enjoyed being greeted by the geese from the neighboring detention basin in the fall. Jeanie was especially helpful and made the move-out process smooth once I cleared out my unit. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is due to the price increase. I had the storage space for eight months, and after three months my monthly rate went up by more than 20%, which felt like a pretty steep increase. It is a well-run facility with friendly staff—just be aware of potential rate changes.
