Moving is always stressful, even in the best of conditions and circumstances. Signing up to reserve a storage unit was easy and the in-person paperwork and obtaining of our security code was a truly pleasant experience. Lock and Leave New Hope is a great facility. This is the second time we have rented storage space there. It is clean, safe and Art, the service manager is responsive, friendly and professional.

Very clean facility, grounds look maintained. We forgot our pass code and the woman in the office was very quick responding and found our information easily. Gave us the pass code and we went back to our unit. Spent an hour or so and organized the entire unit.
