Public Storage - Philadelphia - 2700 Grant Ave

I called the day before I moved in and spoke with Dan who is such a pleasant person to work with. He was knowledgeable and prepared to answer any question I had about the unit and the area. If anyone is considering this location for storage needs, I encourage you to allow them to keep your stuff safe! Look for Dan.

Paul of the Grant Public Storage facility is highly motivated and dedicated professional that does his best to suit the customer's need. As a patron my experience with him have been great because of his integrity and practical approach. My experience with his staff have been superb as well. I really appreciate the Grant Public Storage in particular of the location, but Paul have helped me improve upon the utilization of storage to my satisfaction. In other words, i seeked his assistance in need to reduce my overhead cost for storage. His expertise and assistance led to my continual partnership with Public Storage as a reliable paying customer. In addition, during my impromptu visits at the storage facility I often observe Paul or his staff working. They do a great job of maintaining the cleanliness of storage grounds. As life is not far from perfection I do however recommend that the storage grounds are inspected periodically for debris like screws, nails, etc.. Some get careless and litter when departing. Lastly, I noticed fallen vegetation "tree branch" that leans over the fence towards the rear of property. Although these are minor recommendations it does not take away from my opinion of Grant Public Storage-They rate my most highest recommendation.
