Everyone worked with me to get in my storage
we haven't used storage units before but would definitely recommend this facility to friends and family. we like the 24 hour access to the unit and the security features.
Don't look anywhere else, best value with no extra charges you pay elsewhere!!!
The storage unit, in and of itself, is just the standard, usual drab unit. The customer service, however, was far from it. The staff that we had the pleasure of working with, on 2 separate occasions, were extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond with better service than I believe I have really ever gotten before. There were 3 people I had contact with, and all 3 were helpful, kind and answered all my questions while volunteering extra info that I might find useful. Great place, and the units were clean. Also, 24 hr access was a necessity, and they offer that! So glad we came here =)
Exceptional service and cooperation. Everything explained in detail with helpful advice given for the storage use. Suzette the manager is to be commended for her excellent presentation and service provided. Enough good can be stated.
