I would say 5 but, on the first day of moving in it started pouring rain. I know you’re thinking I was pissed because it was raining out and I was soaked in the winter. Well that’s no the reason. The reason was putting a lock in the garage but not checking it works. So after unloading my truck I had to put it all back In the truck. The lock that they always supply for 20 plus tax was for that type of door mechanism. They supplied a barrel type when it needed the regular old padlock. So after calling the help line to let them know it was the wrong lock I was told to wait as they had to come see themselves as I guess the 61 year old man didn’t know what he was talking about. Well don’t you know the young lady that helped says yeah you’re right it is the wrong lock. Then she says oh you didn’t have to put all your stuff back in your truck I’ll see if I can find one of the padlock version and then you can put your belongings back inside. Well dummy me should have known to leave my belongings in there when it couldn’t be locked. It’s not my first rental there and before when I had a problem moving in they moved me into a different unit and when she told me she come to look at it the was no don’t worry we have locks for that type of mechanism.It not like she drove over with the other lock , no she had to run back to their office because me telling over the phone wasn’t good enough. Now I swore I wasn’t going to rent for this place again, but the original woman I talked with said my rate wouldn’t change the first year. We will see as last time they raised my rent three times in 2 years. And they made me move out to another unit to save 30 a month for same size with like 25 same size units unrented. I don’t understand when they give you a price that it doesn’t stay the same until you leave. It’s not like there’s any maintenance or upgrades so why does a unit go from 54.00 to 76.00, to 104.00 to 120.00. All within 21/2 years. Now this time I’m starting at 93.00 Let's see how long b4 they try to raise. If they leave it the same I will give them a 5.

I was first turned off about the self service machine in the lobby but once I started a service rep came in the screen immediately and helped me thru the entire onboarding process. She was really good and very helpful… did most of the data entry herself. I was really pleased with the whole process.

Everything from getting the unit to starting to store my stuff is going very well so far. Cierra was great to work with & continues to be. Appreciate the cooperation & help during a tough time of moving from one location to another.

Fast setup, although I prefer talking one on one to a human- rather than on on akiosk. All my questions were answered though.
