Took a few tries to get the entry gate to open even though we had the right code. Second time in it worked fine on the first try.

Was having a bit of trouble booking online last night through a 3rd party website. But then got a call from Marc this morning who was extremely helpful and got me all set up and ready to roll with a unit in 10 minutes! Wonderful customer service. Thankful for all the help and info. Marc made the process very easy.
Matt LeeMaking online payments is complicated but i called them and made the payment over the phone with Liza and she did a great job getting my payment processed. The online thing forgets to add tax in, so it will keep kicking your payment back saying that it can't process it. So you end up calling in anyway

Christopher MedinaI'm going to give my own two cents do not rent a unit at this location they do not regularly repair their units they are infested with insects and have problems with moisture there is never an attendance at the actual facility so God forbid you need to speak to anyone any attempts to have your unit changed because you are not satisfied with the quality of the unit will fall on deaf ears and you will receive no support and finally the security deposit that they say they will return to you is only if you alert them about 2 weeks in advance of your renewal date so if it turns out you're just unsatisfied with your unit and you want to find a replacement immediately you're out of your security deposit good luck and I would recommend you all try I move just down the street
