I recently rented a storage unit over at Weissport and had such a great experience working with Alyssa. From the very first phone call, she provided amazing customer service and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. She even took the time to personally meet me at the facility and give me a full tour before I committed to anything, which I really appreciated. Alyssa went over the lease agreement very thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I fully understood everything. It’s decent for a low cost storage need, the storage units are outside so pretty dirty inside, if that matters to you. Move in was very easy and a gate code is given to you. Move out was difficult, manager is never on property when it says he is and number provided is not in service. Gate is left open during business hours it seems as well which I did not know. Call center is kind and helpful but still waiting to receive an email with move out information to confirm I won’t get charged for the following month. The company is decent, walnutport location itself needs better staff/manager.

Had a great experience at the Walnutport, PA location. A clean and well maintained facility. Freshly paved, plenty of new units and storage parking recently added, and new security features. Easy in and out, and convenient. Best part of my experience was the staff. The manager and his crew do a great job there. Would highly recommend to anyone. You stay on time with payments and stick to their policies and procedures you will have NO issues there despite what some may say in other reviews. Was there for 2 1/2 years without any problems whatsoever.

Have rented with Load and Lock a few years ago in Palmerton. We currently are moving our RV from another site to the Walnutport location. Ronnie was very helpful and friendly, showing us our outside spot and facilitating our rental agreement at a reasonable price. Highly recommend this storage facility.
