Customer service is good. Rental was easy. We did it all online. The unit itself was unkept. The ceiling is patched together. The exterior of units are falling apart. The property needs attention. I would not feel comfortable storing anything of value in there because of the building conditions.

Site is very open and clean. The project manager Brittany is very helpful,friendly and impatient. she didn’t mind doing the extra work to make sure I was please with the storage size and service. She made sure that my storages were clean and ready. I was definitely pleased with her knowledge and service. The site is very nice.

Facility was great my unit was ready and clean I had some trouble locking the door I went to the office and spoke to the manager she met me at the unit and help me lock it up she was very helpful and should be considered an asset to your company what a great experience THANK YOU

If I can leave 0 stars I would. This place only cares about money don’t care about your belongings. They have ppl doing maintenance in units not caring about the units next door to them. I guess it’s okay to do maintenance work and ruin my KIDS BELONGINGS ALL BECAUSE ONE PERSON WANTS TO BE CARELESS. They expect me to GO IN CLEAN UP THEIR MESS IN MY UNIT AND YET PAY FOR THE MONTH. Pure joke and don’t get me started on the “property manager” lol how did she want me to do a FRAUD INSURANCE CLAIM SO INSURANCE CAN PAY FOR MAINTENANCE PEOPLES MISTAKE, last I checked this isn’t an insurance issue it’s nothing weather related and she gives nothing but attitude because of my frustration due to THEIR FAULT!

You will notice how they do not respond to customers with a problem. Just pay and leave them be… Longer than expected call wait. How many others were screwed over during the blockage of gate access? No one had access without a truck, no calls or emails or messages answered.Apparently my phone call wait, . where they would finally were forced to actually pick up the phone, was due to the fact that the woman’s baby needed to be fed and was crying the entire conversation in the background. Make sure when they say they are recording the call, you record also! I am headed to court! And this place sucks! Do not deny me gate access for three weeks and expect me to have my shit out on time. I rented from you twice for nearly 2 years! I will see you in court, I have all the evidence I need! The woman behind the papered windows… Yes I have pictures for evidence…more than this one… I HIGHLY SUGGEST GUARDIAN STORAGE! Prices great-and it is temp controlled!! I went to Lower Macungie!
