Clean units. Helpful and nice service.
I had done everything possible on line. Drove to storage facility. Needed to calll for passscode. Etc. very helpful on phone . Saw the unit and was trying to leave but the gate wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t opening as close as I was touching the gate. Locked in. Had to call office again to figure out how to leave. Same passcode etc
Due to the phone service I received ,I was happy it went so well
I was unable to enter my code upon move in date Jan 2, as office was closed. turns out my code didnt work at all and had to be given a temporary code the day after my move in date on Jan 3. They fixed my code the following week.
The guy that checked us in was very helpful and friendly
