Public Storage - Blythewood - 860 Community Rd

I moved out of one storage facility last weekend and had to choose another facility that was going to take better care of my belongings. Without getting into what was wrong with the first facility, just know I needed a better place that I knew that while I was away from my things, although not precious valuables, correct, but still we want our things to be taken care of and we definitely want good customer service when we call the place that we give our hard earned money to each month, that my things were definitely safely stored and not getting wet. Well, I researched a lot of places, prices, customer service, security, and now I also, how well does the place run...does the water not run into my unit...was it built to take care of our belongings...and Public Storage in Blythewood, SC gets a yes on all of these! First of all, I loved my online check in...what an easy way to do this! Marcella called right away, leaving me a kind and welcoming voice message with great info. I called her back and she answered a few more of my questions for my move over the weekend. She was also there on my move Saturday. She offered us, right away, a nice size cart to help with our heavy items...this made our move in so much faster and was super helpful. Marcella also helped us out when our lock wasn't working the best, she came right over and fixed that issue in a flash! She did not act as if we were bothering her like so many people do these days. Marcella is the true customer service person that gives awesome service with a smile and knows her product. I also like that I can use my phone to get in and out of the facility easily and up until 9PM. The app is user friendly! The price I got for my unit is crazy good! I chose to write this review because Marcella and the place itself, all of the Blythewood Public Storage facility deserve it! Oh, it is also clean and neat. I'm a happy customer for sure!

Literally 5 minutes from where I just moved to

Over the past 60 years I have used many storage facilities. This one was the most affordable and easiest to rent of all of them. Service was great and very helpful. I will probably keep at least one unit there for a long time.
