Had an easy time moving in, decent space.
I tried to rent a unit from a self-serve kiosk, but came up short. I almost walked away without a unit, but I decided to drive down the street and ask for help. Tammy was amazing. In the end, the pleasant, courteous, and patient help from the manager at 3400 Broad River saved the day! Thank you again.
This is my first time ever having to use a storage space and I was kind of hisitant with leaving my items at the facility. But the agent made sure to point out all of the safety features and reassured me my belongings were safe
