Excellent customer service. We were able to go in a day a head of time so my items were not held in a different facility.
Good Location
This location is convenient to our needs. I do not like the fact that they continually raise our rent and they need to work on their website as it is confusing when setting up auto pay as it never really lets you know that it is set up after putting in info. Other than that it is a clean facility that appears to be well monitored.

My corner unit is damaged. Similar to others from vehicles cutting short. Not secure from environment. I have reported it, waiting for repair

This specific storage facility is kinda pricey but she was able to provide the details that made the price worth it. She was very knowledgeable about the insurance policies as well. Definitely need more sales people like her in the industry!

karen wardPoor customer skills. Had no problems at first, paid rent always at least 2 months in advance. Why was I then told by customer service that the increase would be applied to my payment, but the increase doesn't take effect until Dec. 1. That's why I always pay with a M/O. I paid for 2 months but was emailed a receipt for only 1. March of 2023. That's incorrect M/O states payment for March/April 2023. BAD BUSINESS. Whomever owns this property you lost a great customer because of poor service. We all make mistakes but it's how you resolve them that speaks about your character. With that god bless.
