Great place quick and easy to move easy in
Very professional and customer focused. Robin L. on Mathew's Road in Hilton Head Public Storage was extremely helpful and courteous, explaining in detail how to access the storage unit. Very pleased with her customer service!
Excellent facility, highly recommend
The ladies at the Dillon Rd. facility were most helpful, informing me in advance that a unit the size I was interested in was about to become available, calling me when the available date passed without the unit being emptied, then calling me when the unit actually became available, showing the unit, and efficiently arranging all the paperwork, including a refund from my old storage unit. Made the experience very reasonable.
