The staff were on spot & cheerily walked us thru the gate code plus easing us thru the newness of entrance into the facility.
The reservation and filling out the agreement went very well. Best part was the unit was very clean, cool (climate controlled) in the middle of HOT weather. I was surprised by the amount of space. My only complaint is the step at the entrance to the building makes it difficult for me to get the loaded cart in building.
