The check-in and checkout process was a quick and easy, and the truck did a good job. The back of the truck was not cleaned out, but it wasn’t horrible and we were able to use some of the furniture blankets left over from the previous rental for free so it balanced out. All in all, I would definitely rent from this location again.

Absolutely blown away with customer support with our move in we called in after hour expecting to be at a standstill until morning and a gentleman answered who helped us even went above and beyond to make sure we could get our moving truck unloaded and returned on time! I have been using Fast Casual Storage for approximately one month thus far and have had a wonderful experience. Very convenient location between Lexington and West Columbia off of Hwy 378/Sunset Blvd. I have been provided with a clean, spacious, and easily accessible unit to store some furniture and home goods between homes whilst moving. Prices are extremely competitive for the area and I would much rather support a smaller, local business like this opposed to a larger self-storage business alternative. Suki graciously worked with me to get me a great rate. I looked at several places in the area and ended calling the business number rather late in the afternoon/early evening not expecting to hear back until much later and, to my surprise, he promptly called me back to answer all my questions with patience, kindness and care. I was able to speak with him for a rather long time on the phone and via text detailing clearly what to expect, and he was able to help get me into the perfect storage unit for my needs, all set up and available to move into early the very next morning. On top of that, a lock was supplied free of charge. He, even after making the sale, has been exceedingly helpful and professional. I am confident that if I were to text any time during business hours with questions or concerns, management would promptly get back to me and fix the issue, within reason. On top of that, I have little worries about the safety and security of my items as the place is secure with a gate requiring a code for entry, surveillance cameras at the entrance and on every row of units, and a high amount of bright, LED lighting to dissuade any would-be thieves. Super efficient, pleasant experience. Would recommend to any of my friends or family in the market for a storage unit.
