Storage unit
Leased the storage unit on line. A little lengthy process, however was convient since we were out of town at the time. Unit was clean, and at a reduced price, even better. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Used online rental feature
Rented from here before, friendly staff. Unit was ready and clean. Gave pricing a 3 star for now, as price I was charged was higher than what was stated online. Will have to talk to on-site staff Monday about it.

Michael the new manager was amazing! So so nice and positive. Extremely helpful! Uhaul reps are normally so rude, but Michael helped us so much even while dealing with his storage clients. I would send anybody to him in a heartbeat!

It cost less compared to other facilities and the lady who showed me around and did the paperwork was very nice and polite

Justed stopped by to check on the the status of the continued open gate. Was told that it continues to be a problem, well over 2 months. She said corporate is aware but has no fix scheduled (so much for a secured facility!!). Just wondering when they were so willing to charge me for their insurance until I showed a copy of my continuing policy, will they now cover any damage or vandalism for their neglegence? Just be aware if you rent or plan to.

CTFO LifestyleKept upping rent without notice and when we asked them to prove it they couldn’t and still haven’t refunded us. They tried to add a new note on account about new rent charge. Three times were charged random extra fees with no explanation and every time we brought up to manager she said she would fix it and never did. My husband even went out of his way to fix their golf cart asap and never received any compensation.
