Seamless transaction. Everything was as advertised. Virginia was the representative that I checked in with before having access to the storage unit. She was very professional and knows her job. Felt like I was talking to a friend. As a business owner I know how hard it is to find people that represent your company in a good light. Especially, having to work on a Saturday.
Pricing was pretty good.. the customer service was awesome and very friendly and answered all my questions! I would definitely recommend this storage place!!
Got moved in and after 2 months my rates almost doubled - no reason why. Just a postcard in the mail. Very disappointed in this and hoping it doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t continue to happen. Also not a fan of not having 24 hour access. Everything else there is good.
