The business its self is amazing, very clean looks nice and over all very well put together however the employees especially the store manager is very rude and arrogant! At one point she told me "Go ahead and go to our competitors but, I guarantee their prices aren't as good as good as ours... So go ahead and go pay more if you want to!" In a very nasty stuck up attitude! Needless to say they do not practice any kind of good customer service! I will say there is one African American woman (not discriminating, I simply don't know her name) who was a complete sweetheart! The only one there who was amazing... Loved dealing with her!!!

I was charged all kinds of fees that are pending against my account that I was assured by the manager would not be charged to my account unless needed because I did not comply. I was also charged for a lock when I had my own and was told that would be credited back to me as well. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s been four days and still no credit but yet they charge me for things that I should not have been charged for. Tried to speak with manager sheﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s out sick asked to speak to area manager and the representative that put all these charges on my account refused to give me his name or number and said that she told him yesterday to call me but have not heard from either him or the manager . Meanwhile my account has all these charges against them which is preventing me from paying other things that I need to pay and canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t because theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re tying up my money! Cannot find a phone number for corporate and cannot get information to call area manager, I guess itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a secret and he doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t want to handle any disputes ! Not happy they are liars!
