I am so overjoyed and pleased with customer service from Jeremy! I feel that he went out of his way to make sure my daughter and son-in-law had a pleasant experience renting a storage unit from CubeSmart! We went in as first time customers and he was just the absolute best!!! I enjoy when I receive incredible customer service and this place definitely has it!!! A huge step above Public Storage...and they were pretty decent as well! So far, I'd tell anyone in need of a storage unit to rent from CubeSmart! The prices are unbeatable and the staff, at least the one that was handling our reservation, is superb!!! Thanks so much for giving us a fantasic welcome to CubeSmart, Jeremy!!!
So far so good.just started to move in our storage
I reserved my unit online. I was able to pay online also. When I went to the storage facility, I was confused about the layout of the units and didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know where my unit was located. They immediately assisted me with locating my unit. When I paid for my unit online, I received an email with a gate code to enter the facility, but when I was there, I did not see a gate at all. So I do not believe it is gated. I may be wrong. If it is not gated, i donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know why I received a gate code to enter. It would be nice for the added security of a locked gate to enter after hours.
