I would definitely recommend this storage space to anyone! We are renting a parking space for our van, and they seem very cheap in comparison to many other places in the area. It was super easy and convenient to sign up online, and the folks at the desk were incredibly helpful and kind. They even called to check in before we moved our van to the space to see if we had any questions or needed anything. I also love that they are very transparent and there are no long-term service contracts.

Jason of Prime Storage worked with us to get the units we needed for two separate projects. He was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Even if we just happened to be at the units getting some things out, we'd see him "making the rounds"," ensuring that everything was clean and seeing if anyone needed help with anything he could provide. We've cleared out one unit and have one section to go. We know that our items are secure and temperature-controlled at the Chattanooga location we chose.
