The lady at the front. I believe Debbie is absolutely awesome to deal with. Very nice. Pretty easy to navigate around the property. Only reason not a 5 star is like some have mentioned, there is definitely mice that get into units. Had to throw a few boxes away.

Best storage facility in town! The customer service is outstanding, they are more than helpful and accommodating! Renting for about 2 years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Stuff is safe and secure and the front desk lady is truly awesome!

If your looking for a place to store your stuff. This IS NOT the place. Every year if not twice a year they raise your fees. We have had instances in the past of them either charging us twice or not at all and have 2 fees the next month. The side walk outside of the unit we had stays flooded all year round because they don't grade the road properly. If I had to guess there are 15 to 20 units that have a river view year round. I would not reccommend this place. Save your money and time and rent to own a building. (Good place on the bypass at hwy 12 to buy one) .

Friendly staff. Facility isn't paved and the rows are a tight fit to navigate with a moving truck. There is also a severe infestation of mice! This could be partly due to it being located in the countryside. I wish I had known ahead of time. The contents of all my boxes and crates that were open topped or had handle holes all had to be professionally cleaned and disinfected prior to use. This prolonged our unpacking and home set up severely.

We stored a horse trailer here for almost 3 years and never had any security issues. I like that it was right down the road from our house and we could check on our trailer. The lady is very nice and the payment a month was very reasonable!
