In a time when Customer Service is over the phone or a chat with a A.I robot!! Beth is always going above and beyond to make sure that her customers know how & when they can reach her. She always is cleaning the property and office. To make sure her customers have the best, & cleanest storage units in town!! I will always use this location as long as Beth is there!! I would recommend it to anyone who needs storage!!
When I first moved over a year ago, it was a pleasure to work with Katie and then have been working with Beth who has been very as well. All employees have been very helpful with any questions I have had along the way!!

Short notice on large storage unit. Excellent customer service from staff. My vehicle had to be stored due to fire damage, but my experience with the Polymer Rd location and Ringgold Rd location took some of the stress away.
