Customer service was super helpful to me on a Sunday. Initially my gate code didn't work, but they called me back quickly and gave me a temporary code to get into the facility. Then of course I found the parking spot I had reserved was not accessible for my trailer and truck size but luckily had two perfect spots side by side available right near my storage unit, and they cancelled the spot I couldn't use for me and rented the other two! Could not have worked out any better honestly 10/10 stars

I think this storage facility is the best I have ever rented from. I moved here from CA, and storages there are nothing like this one. I can always reach someone to help me, they are quick to resolve issues (there’s minimal issues, close to none). I had miscalculated storage space, and had my stuff shipped to the storage from CA, I needed another storage unit quickly as my stuff had arrived, on a Sunday, and during a downpour. They assisted me so quickly, and efficiently and I was able to move my stuff Into the unit while completing the lease and payment. Great service! Nobody hounds you, or harasses you, just great easy service, thank you!

Great customer service! Moving from IL to TN. Used the online portal to reserve. Thought I had done correctly. Followed up and received a call from Katie. Wow, was I lucky. Reservation was wrong and Katie was able to guide me for my needs. Avoided a storage catastrophe! Thank you Katie!

I just moved here from Indiana and they gave us the wrong code at first. So we came back today and we couldn't get the gate open. We put the code in and we called several times and they said that they tried to fix it well I have stuff in there that I need to get out. And the codes are not working. But hopefully tomorrow I can get it open. Cause I really don't want to keep paying for storages that not going to workout. I'm really upset about this because this shouldn't happen to anybody.

So far so good, I was hoping to meet someone at the location when they opened and complete the lease, because I prefer to meet someone in person, but nobody was there so I went ahead and just did it online the storage units look brand new, and it was awsome that they had brand new locks inside for me to be able to lock them.
