Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s in a nice area and we lucked out with our spot in the lot. Front desk was very nice and it was great surprise to be greeted by the dog.
We had an issue with Corporate reserving a unit that was not available. As a matter of fact, the corporate reservation did not even show up in their records. With a rental truck full of furniture, a set return time for the return of the truck and an appointment time set for meeting realtors we were in a tight squeeze. Terri checked her records and she had a unit that was being vacated so she physically checked to see if it was empty yet. Fortunately the former renter had moved out so we gladly took it. Other places would have just sent us down the road, but Terri took the extra time and effort to accommodate us and help us meet our commitments. Thank you Terri, you really saved the day for us and we are very grateful for your extra effort.
She was thoughtful and met me at the storage unit. To make sure I knew how to get there and leave.
