The gentleman I spoke with in the phone was very helpful and he was very nice and got me the best rate at a location that also has a wonderful and amazing person named Kit working there. Kit was truly amazing and very helpful!! I appreciate everything you both did for me!! And even so caring as to use umbrella so I wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get wet from the rain!! Amazing service and great customer service!! Thank you!!

This location has been amazing! Not only is the location perfect right by the highway kind of in the middle of everywhereﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s also very affordable. They were able to get me in a storage unit with very little notice, and were very accommodating when I could not open the unit when I got there after hours. Somebody took my call right away and explain the price proper procedure. What could have been a very stressful situation was quickly remedied. Everyone was very professional and polite on the phone and I would definitely recommend the storage facility to everyone.

The Facility Manager, Kit, is absolutely incredible at her roles and responsibilities! She goes the ﾃ｢竄ｬﾋ廢xtraﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢-Mike without a second thought. Kit has a welcoming friendly and professional demeanor, an absolute pleasure to deal with!

Locked us out of our unit immediately. They had TWO different phone numbers, TWO different emails, a credit card number on file, payment was current, and they locked us out of our unit over a holiday weekend because we didn't sign the contract quickly enough for them. If it's something that's that urgent, have people sign it when they're in your office. If you plan to deprive them of access to their own belongings, at least attempt to reach them at every address and phone number that you have first. When we called, not even so much as an apology. We never received their emails- that was somehow our own fault, according to them. No offer of any kind to make it right. They had their money- they had all of our information. No excuse. This was ridiculous. We're looking for another unit and can't wait to be done with them.
