Public Storage - Memphis - 2878 Covington Pike

Thanks to Kristi, our experience was awesome -- from our first phone call, to unloading and storing our belongings, to departing the site. Kristi is a consummate professional. She is meticulous about the appearance of the facility and she cares about her renters. She called a few days after we took possession of our unit to make sure we were completely satisfied. And we were.

I shopped around trying to find a storage facility. Public wasn't the lowest or the highest. I spoke with an employee at one of the facilities and was informed of a promotion they had. This employee was informative and friendly with taking to see the storage space that was available. These were a few reasons I choose Public. Public has many facilities and I visited a couple being treated the same way. I was lucky enough to find one not 4 minutes from my house. So I would recommend Public to anyone.

I had a reservation @ the Public Storage on Covington Pike but I didn't make it in time for it. So the young lady that was there was very kind. She helped find another location so I wouldn't miss out on my promotion. So she called the Public Storage on Scyamore View & thank GOD , they had on available for the same size unit. So I went to Scyamore View & the young lady helped me with the rest. Trust & believe I am very grateful & thankful for those two ladies, because I was having a bad day. They helped me stay strong throughout everything & I even saved money on top of that. I forgot their names but rhank yall for helping me.
