Over all great experience but, a little hard to get a hold of someone

I was lucky enough to get the opportunity to work with Fallon when I moved to the area from South Florida about a year ago. I was surprised that I was able to do everything online. The communication from Fallon was flawless, and with just a few emails back and forth my contract was signed space number was given and I was ready to move my belongings into the storage space. There have been several months were it had slipped my mind on paying the rent and they were nice enough to send an email and call me to remind me before a late fee would be applied. They really seem to care about the people that rent from them. I just wish that some of the tenants cared as well. Sometimes I will see peopleﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s random items left behind from their move out. Bed frames, clothes, rugs, broken furniture, etc. I do wish that there was more hand trucks to be available for the ease of moving. I believe that Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve only ever seen 2 on the entire property. Recently 24 hour access into the facility has stopped which is unfortunate since I tend to mostly work nights, so on my days off I could take care of dropping off and picking up things whenever and not worry about what time it was. I also wish that there was a restroom that was available that could be accessed from inside the climate controlled area and not just the one that is in the main office area. Because although the office hours are posted, you might not see anyone working. M Which is fine just know that communication is key and if you need them you can either call or send an email. Just know that they will get back with you in a quick and efficient professional timeline. Overall Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m extremely satisfied with my experience here compared to many other self storage companies that I have used in the past.

We recently rented a 10x10 unit from Mini Storage Depot & Fallon was awesome. She explained the process well, explained how the special discount, they were running at the time, would be applied, and just made this aspect of our very difficult move so super easy. I hope the owners recognize the incredible asset they have in Fallon, as their Frontline Representative! Thank you, Fallon.

Great customer service and over the phone move in service thru the office manager! Easy and fast!
