Great Service
We live in Murfreesboro, TN. and was looking for some indoor type of storage for our Motorhome. I gave Winchester Lock a call and immediately Chris was there to help with our needs. He went above and beyond to help us get the right spot for our motorhome. Process was easy and we were happy with the price and location. Close to hwy 64 which has easy access for us to hit the interstate when we travel. Really happy with our decision to do business with this friendly staff group.

I’ve been using Winchester locking storage for about Two months now I had an issue getting into the gate turns out I forgot to put the auto pay on my account completely my fault not theirs. I spoke with John and he was able to get my auto pay set up pin and access to the facility restored almost immediately. My whole experience with them has been excellence. Good customer service and any issues have always been solved very quickly I would recommend.
Johnnie ThomasThe front entrance has been inoperable and closed off for a while now, leaving the back the only way of getting in and out. Construction work has been going on there for many weeks, too, and the workers don't seem to care where they park or place the materials to allow renters access inside. My unit was a converted office that was on an outer wall. The other units I've seen over the months look much nicer. Over time, drafts started to blow and bend the tiles. Have found a couple of brown recluse, so you may want to put out a few glue traps if you're in and out moving regularly.
