Public Storage - Aledo - 8500 E Interstate 20

Price was very affordable compared to other storage facilities. Personnel helping with getting my unit set up and paperwork filled out was very friendly and informative. Facility and unit was very clean. Only minor negative I could find is that the provided carts for moving items are quite limited and hard to find during busy times.

First week there, everything was easy. Getting in is simple. The remote entry for the elevator and exit is down so you have to use a pin but thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a minor inconvenience. People tend to park in front of the box that you punch your pin into to exit so you sometimes have to walk around their vehicle to get the gate to open. Again minor inconvenience but overall the place is nice. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s clean, staff is great, cameras everywhere.

The gals in the office were very nice and the facility is super clean. The only issue was that when I reserved the unit on line I didn't realize it was on the 3rd floor. But they do have an elevator.

Saw facility advertised online. Rates are reasonable & customer service excellent. Location easily accessed from I-20.
