Kim, Did most of the paperwork and explained everything as we went. I didn't have any questions until I needed to use the push in lock which she showed me. Felt extremely well treated there. Would and will recommend to anyone.

Later, she took the extra time to show me how to properly use the lock and key. Kim made the situation easy for my challenging move across the country.
