Customer Service is great. Unit is in the corner leaving the facility so it isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t as accessible as I had predicted.
The facility was clean as I entered. I realized I needed a bigger unit and Kanika was helpful with finding me a bigger unit. She was knowledgeable and prompt with the process. The storage area was clean and well lit. I felt safe while in the storage area and I feel that my items will be secure there; as there are cameras all over the facility.
