I really like this location. The facility is clean, well maintained, and the 24-hour climate control is great. Overall it’s a good storage place. The only issue I’ve noticed is that the men’s restroom on the first floor has not been fixed yet. I also agree with the point made by another reviewer, Emily Johnson. I had a similar experience with the pricing. The promotional rate was offered at first, but no one clearly explained that the price might return to the original rate after a few months. The store manager actually tried to help adjust my rate back to the promotional price in the system, but it couldn’t be changed. I saw it myself. It seems to be a company system policy rather than something the local manager can control. Overall, the facility itself is very good, but I hope the pricing policy can be explained more clearly to customers.

I WILL say that the worker at the place was fine. It’s public storage overall I have an issue with. I don’t know how the management team works or what they were thinking, however. We had a move out date set in advance. When we got there, we found out the door was broken - AFTER it closed once I was in the building. It wouldn’t open for several minutes. Public storage KNEW this door was broken because a work order had been put into place. So then why did they leave a building completely inaccessible? Why did they not leave keys with someone? When I contacted someone via the chat on the website( ‘Jester D’), they suggested I come back another day because they couldn’t demand their employees to work on their days off. I normally would agree that you shouldn’t do that. IF management had been smart enough to leave their keys. All I wanted was for someone to swing by with their keys to make up for their lack of common sense to LEAVE the keys in the first place. I rented a VERY big truck, and as anyone knows, U-Haul has all sorts of charges and fees. Why on earth would I put myself through another day of that by coming back later because Public Storage was having an issue? Why would I stress over trying to get it done on a day that I HADNT taken off of work? I had put my move-out date days ago, they KNEW someone needed access. Jester D then said they were going to escalate my problem to the Solutions team and that I would hear from them within 72 hours. Which was completely unhelpful. More so now that ‘72 hours’ turned into 120 hours, because I didn’t get that call until today (1/22/2026). They were unwilling to give a refund, which aside from someone coming by with keys, would have been the only helpful thing to my solution.
