The gentleman that assisted me on Saturday was friendly and explained everything and made sure I understood everything. Give him 5 stars. The only thing I would add would be more light in the unit and if my door would roll up a little higher. Thank you.

Vanessa at the Harris location was absolutely amazing. Even though I had several concerns about my price increasing and my storage space going up in cost, she took the time to help and was able to save me money on the locks. Her attention to detail was outstanding. She followed up with a phone call, kept our appointment time, and made sure everything was handled properly. Overall, her customer service was excellent. She truly went above and beyond, and I really appreciate her help

On a separate note, the price increase every 6 months is very expensive. I understand inflation; however, we are the ones getting the hit, financially. Every corporation continues to make a profit and our purchasing power is decreasing extremely fast. Thank you for letting me vent🌻
