Patrick MartinTo quote an APD detective, If you value something, don't put it in a Public Storage. Our unit, inside a "secure" building, inside a "secure" yard was broken into. PS was absolutely no help in trying to find the thieves. On the entire site, only two cameras were functioning. On top of being absolutely no help, what do they do but raise our rent - again. I would never recommend Public Storage to anyone. Only giving them one star because zero is not an option. There's nothing secure or safe about a Public Storage.
