Title: Outstanding Service – Christine Went Above and Beyond I’ve had a great experience at this Extra Space Storage location. The facility is always clean, secure, and easy to access, but what really sets it apart is the customer service. I recently had a concern about a rate increase, and Christine was incredibly helpful. She listened, understood my situation, and immediately took action to request an adjustment on my behalf. Thanks to her, everything was resolved quickly and fairly. It’s rare these days to find someone who genuinely cares and goes the extra mile, but Christine does exactly that. If you’re looking for a storage facility with excellent management and great customer service, this is the place. Highly recommended!

After contacting multiple storage options, I had the pleasure of working with Shannon and Christine at Extra Space Storage. They were absolutely fantastic. They took the time to show me several storage options for my boat and even called other locations to help me find the best fit. In a world where most things are handled online, it was so refreshing to work with people who genuinely care. Their great attitude and quick follow-up made the entire process easy and stress-free. I'm currently sitting outside the gate unable to get it. I have entered the correct code, the pin pad says access granted but the gate will not open. This happened a couple days ago but fortunately the office was open. I cannot reach anyone by phone. I should be able to access my unit as needed. I have an event tomorrow morning and need to get my items. I could not be more displeased right now. 2/28/26 It happened again. I've been sitting here for ages trying to get the gate to open. Could now be less convenient.

The whole process of looking for a storage unit, reserving online (with a special rate!) and then actually showing up and getting the unit was super quick and easy. There was something going on with the code box, but Christine called me ahead of time to give me a temporary access code and then let me know when my permanent code would be active. When I got to the unit, it was clean and ready for move in and they included a lock with 3 keys :) I don't remember if that was part of the contract, but it was appreciated! I was able to do move in without having to speak to anyone in person (which is great for my introverted self). I did meet Christian on the same day I moved in, and he was very professional and pleasant to interact with. I also inquired about vehicle storage within a unit and basically if it fits, it can be stored, they even offered to let me come by and make sure what I needed stored fit in the unit before making my decision to rent with them. I would definitely recommend this location!
