The customer service is great and the storage unit is okay. The issue is they don’t tell you every six months they will raise your rent. I’m paying $130 more than what I initially signed up for. They have had 3 rent increase in a year and a half. If you rent here just know they will continue to raise your rent by 50+ dollars every 6 months

Noslyn AndinoHeather was beyond awesome! She is always around keeping the storage areas well maintained and eager to help me with any issues regarding moving my items. She makes sure to supply me with a cart when she sees me carrying heavy items & always offers a cold water if needed due to extreme high heat days here the location can get hot at times. She been great overall experience as a manager always having high spirit with a smile !
