Danielle helped me with renting a unit. She made our experience very pleasant with great customer service. Danielle answered all my questions & showed me the way to my new unit. The environment appeared very clean & organized. The base rent & fees were very clearly laid out, so I knew exactly what I was paying for. I can confidently say I feel great about moving my things in soon.
Jason BCame in to ask about the entire process of renting a locker here. It is never fun when having to move and even worse when you don’t know where you want to take it . Danielle greeted us with a warm and friendly smile , And although we Arnt ready to rent today she was happy to answer all the many questions we had and even showed us around the property . She definitely gives the customer service experience 100%! Place was clean and felt safe and secure . They even have carts or Dollie’s to load our boxes onto . We will definitely be back next week and giving our business to this location !
