nice clean storage room
only one thing: I wish there were maps on each floor so you could find the room easier
Facility was excellent and very convenient
My Dad helped me move and said that it was the best storage facility he has ever seen. Very fast and easy to set up and move on. Only downside is that there are marked tow-away fire lanes everywhere around the multi-story storage building so we weren't sure where to park.

Last minute for the WIN
Realized I was going to have to get a storage unit 1 hour before Closing time. Was able to get thru the entire process quickly and painlessly. Without even having to ask the on-site person suggested 24 hour access to help us and it was exactly what we needed to hear to alleviate so much stress and make the move that much easier!!! I wish I could remember the on-site persons name - she was absolutely fantastic and exactly what a business should hope for in their employees!!!

Jason was extremely helpful and great to work with. My sister-in-law bought 2 abandoned storage unit auctions and we had to get everything out fast. Jason made sure to give us easy access and was very accommodating. Also, having seen many different storage facilities through my family's auctions purchases I can say that this particular location is very clean and new. It's in a high traffic and safe area too. Access with a box truck and pick up truck with trailer was easy. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage.
ANoticed a rent increase so I went into the office and spoke with Jason. He was super helpful and gave me more information on the rental price structure and even put in a request to lower my monthly payment. Super nice and easy to work with.

CamCassie & Jose was clutch at the Cedar Park location. The night before I was trying to confirm a unit and it kept pin wheeling. Stopped by the reception area, and Cassie gave me a straight forward crash course on the facility. It’s very clean, has elevators and the temperature is perfect for storage. As a student, I needed to store some things as the semester starts, the 5x5 wide $15 (web price) works for me. They do offer a lock air being your own, there are three dollies and two elevators. Signage is very clear and bright. I do like the entry and exit touch of the yellow box displaying your name like Siri 🤭! The outgoing message on the yellow exit sign is positive and encouraging as many know going to a storage unit is time consuming, but the greeting changes your mood. #ExtraSpace
