I have had my unit for 3 years with no problems. Price reasonable but only neg was location. Previous owner did not keep up the property and entry was by combination lock. Since Safe City took over, there has been a 360' positive change to the property and management. I highly recommend renting there with new entry security and sparkling exterior.
