Worst. Place. Ever! I beg you do not rent here. They are rude, unprofessional, and just downright disrespectful and they don’t make you think so at first. I am so relieved to leave this place. I was told that I did not have to pay rent, so I’m hoping they don’t come for me after this post but I had to warn. I will be calling corporate. I am beyond humiliated and angry but more so happy that I was able to manage getting out of their in one piece with what I could. She lives on property and she literally had little to zero compassion or the listening skills to manage the property. Please don’t go. Don’t do it to yourself. This is how I left the property. I hope this helps somebody, so they don’t experience what I had to go through. It was the longest 30 days. I hope you treat others better than you did me. Because I didn’t deserve any of that. Good riddance! God bless you!
Why you guys are in business? Nobody answer the phone ever or bother to return a call. Even I stopped there 3 to 4 times during business hours but nobody is ever there. I called to the emergency phone number and just give me an excuse that she might be cleaning the property....so since she cleans so much the property apparently, why not hire an actual Office attendant that can returned calls or be there during business hours. Do not even bother look their website because is no way to rent online at leat due to the lack of attendy at this location. Useless place that should update clients with real business hours.
Whoever y’all have working the front desk needs to let her go immediately. Had a U-Haul prescheduled for pick up and the lady had the worst attitude. Even asked her why she had such an attitude and she said “I don’t know.” Kept saying that I have to pay for 2 days even though my reservation only said 24 hours. Also paid opted in for the insurance when I pre booked and she said that I did not get the insurance and that I would have to pay an additional $50 for it when online it’s only $15. So we left and just somewhere else.
They went above and beyond to help my Mom. They have incredible customer service and their climate control is not set at 85 like most. It was nice and cold. So refreshing while moving in stuff from a hot trailer. Very clean facility. Very pleased. Management, thank you. I have had bad experiences with storage facilities in the past. Mostly with the customer service side. This was a real pleasure to have such great service. Again thank you!!
We've been renting here for two years, but we're about to move our belongings to a more reputable company. My wife noticed roof damage to our unit several months ago and notified the onsite manager (Nita). She looked at the unit and assured us the roof had just been repaired and we had no leaks and nothing to worry about. A few weeks later we go back to the unit and find numerous items ruined because of a badly leaking roof! Furniture soaked, books moldy, misc items ruined. I called the mgr and told her what happened and her first response was, "our units are rented as-is and we're not responsible for any damage." I never asked her to pay for any damages.... I'm angry that WE TOLD YOU there was an issue before it leaked and you did nothing! She said she'd schedule a maintenance guy to come out and look at it and would call me back. 3 days later I still hadn't heard from her, so I called her back. She said they were now scheduling roofers to come out and look at the leak in our unit as well as several others and that she'd call me back when the work was scheduled. A week passes and still no word, so I called her back and she tells me the repair work has been done and "everything's fine now". Everything is not fine. We trusted you to provide a safe, DRY place for our possessions and you failed. We trusted you to communicate with us about the repairs and you failed. We trusted you to be a reputable, service provider who cares about your customers and you failed. Not even an apology. Not even an offer of a rental credit to make up for the inconvenience and lack of customer service. If you choose to store your belongings here, COVER EVERYTHING WITH PLASTIC for protection!!
