I wasn't able to complete my reservation online, so I went in-person to finalize and get access to my unit. Elijah, the on-site representative, was amazing! He was friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and made the process so easy. He got my account set up, helped me locate my unit, demonstrated how to access the building and elevator, and made sure the lock on my unit functioned properly. The facilities are clean and everything exceeded my expectations.

First and foremost the only reason this facility has a 3.9 rating is because I would bet money Public Storage pays a company to improve this as much as possible. If I could give them a zero I would! The on-site personnel has no authority to do anything other than to show they have some presence on the facility of which most of the time no one is there. It took me a couple of times to get ahold of the local DFW manager that overseas this facility and all he gives is complete lip service and does absolutely nothing to follow up on your issues. On the second call, he hung up on me and then I guess he realized that was probably a bad idea and called me back only to tell me more lies.He promised me the lights would be fixed the next week. Three months later, the lights are still off and our unit is still pitch black. I rented the largest unit they had for $310 a month and for 7 1/2 months that I leased this unit it has zero lights working In our corner of the building. I even told him I would get it fixed myself if he couldn’t find someone to do the work and he assured me it would be done the following week. That was three months ago. I cannot emphasize enough to take your business somewhere else because these people don’t care about anything other than collecting your money. In addition, the app and proximity sensors that opened the door work about 5% of the time And the bathroom in the facility smells like a sewer 100% of the time. This place is disgusting in every aspect.
