They will raise your rent every six months. Mine went up 80% in two years from my initial advertised rate. The place is completely disorganized. No labels on parking spots in my area. Was told by an employee that as long as I canceled before the first of the month I wouldn't be charged for additional month. Called 8 days before the end of the month and now they are telling me it has to be 10 days and that they are going to charge me for an additional month I am not going to use. This place is a joke. Do not use them.

Had great help in getting outside parking and an inside climate controlled unit rented. They took the time to listen to my needs and show me storage space to make sure that’s what I needed. Great manager and staff and easy to talk to and work with. Need to check them out for your next storage space.

I’ve been renting from storage King for about two years initially having two units paying 400 a month. A year ago I downsized to one unit costing $300 a month. Never missed a payment and I always pay on time. I had to order a new debit card. I called and spoke to an employee to let them know that my payment would be one day late. She said that a manager would call me back within the hour to waive the $50 late fee. No one returned my call. I called yesterday. Spoke to a manager named Brian. She was so rude and unprofessional. She said “customers will tell her any old thing to get the late fees removed” I’ve never asked to remove a late fee. I always pay on time. Now I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. She is always rude. Every time I’ve interacted with her. All behind $50 and a terrible attitude.

You are able to fill out all the required documents online saving time when you go to your location. A follow up email arrives to complete out the process. I highly recommend giving Storage King a try. You won’t regret.
