I first went to the facility to ask questions and there is no one there on site and no phone number listed. I left disappointed and went home to shop for another. In my search I decided to try one more time and found the number for Federal Storage. So glad I did because the customer service was so helpful and made the whole process quick and simple. In just a few minutes I was able to registered, fill out the necessary forms and rented a unit. I moved in later that same day. It’s clean, convenient and safe. You even park inside, out of the elements to load. So glad I found it and have already recommend it to others!
