Did everything online and the day I arrived to drop off my storage items it was super easy and everything was all set up for me. The guy at the front desk was very helpful and explained how to work the lock without acting like I was dumb.

I was referred to this location by a friend who spoke highly of the safety and customer service, and so far my experience has been excellent. Within minutes of booking my storage unit online, the manager, Anthony, personally called to welcome me and thank me for choosing their facility, which I really appreciated. He was also very informative about the facility. The entire process was quick and seamless. I was able to book and pay online, my unit was assigned immediately, and the keys were waiting inside the unit when I arrived—no need to stop at the front desk. They also have a convenient app that allows you to make payments and access the property digitally without entering a gate code. Overall, it has been a great experience so far. I would definitely recommend this location to others.
