Everything was handled professionally. Joan, the office manager, was very helpful.
WHILE THE FACILITY AND IT'S OPERATOR ARE GREAT, THE CLIMATE CONTROLLED UNITS DON'T HAVE INDIVIDUAL CLIMATE CONTROL, AND THEY DON'T KEEP THE UNITS COLD ENOUGH. WHEN I REQUESTED A LOWER TEMPURATURE, THEY RESPONDED THAT IT WOULD BE 200 DOLLARS MORE PER MONTH.
Great so far, not totally moved in yet.
