Friendly environment and clean facility
The office staff was friendly and helpful and property was well maintained and clean. They have flatbed carts for customers to use when moving things in and out of their units.

Snake EyesWell, the facility itself is really nice. But, it is poorly designed. Only two spots on either side for people to park their vehicle and then go to their storage unit. On the weekend all four spots are filled. Then people have to park where cars are supposed to drive through. Also, it is like walking through a maze trying to find where your storage unit is. There are maps, but they don't do any good. It would help if there were signs at least to tell customers where the elevator is. Instead, customers have to wander the halls trying to find an elevator. And then oftentimes we end up on the opposite side from where we parked.
