Great Customer Service! This is the first facility Iテ「竄ャ邃「ve rented at that has you drive into the bays to access your storage space! No more having to worry about what the weather is like to go access your space. Itテ「竄ャ邃「s very clean.
Misty very friendly and helpful and she seems to take a lot of pride in the facility.
Highly disappointed with this storage facility. Both elevators are currently out of order, and the exit gate is stuck open, which feels unsafe. My unit is not on the first floor and there is no stair access, making it impossible to access my belongings. This is not the first time the elevators have been broken. On a previous occasion, I was locked inside the facility, left a voicemail reporting the issue, and never received a response. Ongoing maintenance and safety concerns make this an unreliable place to store your belongings. I recommend finding another facility.
Update still the worst place now both elevators are broken in building B. We can’t get to our unit. We have left multiple messages for manager and regional manager and no responses or no callbacks. This is a horrible storage space. We started to rent back in July 2025 when we went to see our unit they informed us the lights are out but should be working by the end of the week. We understood and know sometimes things break and are usually repaired in a fair amount of time. Well fast forward to November then they are working after we have called every month and ask to speak to someone and constantly got voicemail and it was full. But we finally reached someone and they gave us a discount but we still said we need a light since we have a large unit. Then the end of December we needed to get in our unit. Well the elevator closest to our unit broken down so there was only one other elevator working in the building and on the other side and far from our unit. Again we gave it sometime but we went back and then the outside entry doors to let all customers into their units was broken and absolutely no one could get in. We went back the next day and still not working. Another customer was there and he was furious and was on the phone and kept getting sent to voicemails. We tried every day for a week and still nothing. Again called and still didn’t get any response back to our voicemails. That week later we finally had time and was able to get in the building and saw that the elevator was still broken. What made us so mad and decided we are leaving is that during that week I need to get in and get my stuff cause there entry gates didn’t work. I lost $5000 in business sales cause I could not get to my items. Also there is never anybody in the office. We are leaving the place and never returning and recommend TMS self storage. Please go there instead. Do not go with public storage.
Overall I absolutely love everything about the unit! From the deals, climate control, to the locks being provided, how easy everything was to complete without talking to anyone. I underestimated how much furniture I had and I was able to add additional units directly from my phone and access them immediately, which was super convenient.
I’ve been leasing space here for a couple of years. Great location as it’s very close to where I live but as others have said it’s difficult to get in touch with anyone in the office. When you call you get the automated messages and if you leave messages, don’t expect a callback. I would have upgraded to a larger unit multiple times already but can’t ever seem to get anyone in person or on the phone. Always seems like there’s an issue with the elevators. Used to have several carts to use but last time I went there were two other people there and no available carts. The discounted pricing you get is really just a promotion. Expect increases to get you back up to the original price within a few months. If it wasn’t so close I’d look elsewhere. Definitely lots of room for improvement.
DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. Never ever ever ever do your business as this location! They are impossible to communicate and get good service. I lost my key during a move and it has been one hurdle after another to try to get the lock replaced. The general customer service number gave me misinformation on when I could set appointment to get it done. I drove 1.5 hrs and took a half of day off of work to make the appointment and get it all taken care of. When I show up to appt the property manager said that door lock switches only happen once a month (a week later). I filled out paper work and paid for a new lock. She said she would call me when it was completed. Never got a call. Finally had some other time to come back out and when I call they say can’t find my paperwork and doesn’t look like lock has been cut/switched. Lock changes is probably one of the most frequently requested services. Why is it so hard for someone to give the correct information and help me?!! Easyyy to get a storage unit. Useless when you have an issue that you genuinely need their help to solve.
