Won a unit from auction. Showed up to pay, lady asked us to go up and look before we pay and had broke the security tag already and had in her hand. We started the video when she told us to do this because it was strange. She told us it was new policy. The video is unedited from the entire time on property. We went down and asked if they knew boxes were missing? She explained to us that this is the second time at auction because last person to buy didn't want either because stuff was missing and or moved around. She also told us a story of another guys unit that went to lockout and he called the police. She told us they just left because he had missing items. We did not cuss, yell, or make any kind of scene. She told us a lot of things that I have not released. They called storage treasure and lied and said we caused a scene and our language? I didn't cuss or yell once and it's in the video. So now because they got caught stealing they retaliated taking away our families ability to run our business. We will be releasing the full 15 minute interaction and let our attorneys handle it. Very dishonest and her words not mine , they got a problem with stuff coming up missing. I will post link soon. I told her I videoed it also to cover my butt because I thought this was odd and she had the tag in hand. If things resolved honestly I will remove reviews and videos, if not I will make sure 20 million people see this. I will also be turning over the videos and info over to Frisco PD to help in their investigation on Monday.

Manager Kelly at the Public Storage location on 8433, Legacy Drive in Frisco is outstanding. She’s professional, courteous, and genuinely goes out of her way to help customers. While the corporate website and some of the company systems can be frustrating and don’t always feel five-star, Kelly absolutely does.
